The use of Mekari Frontdesk is achieved through your consent to comply with our terms. Please read carefully before using the service. The using terms, or in this case is called “Terms” manage your using and access of mekarifrontdesk.com–the website and service from PT. Mid Solusi Nusantara (which is going to be referred to as “Mekari Frontdesk” or “us”.) What is offered through our website is called “service”. If you are using service in the name of an entity, company and/or organization, you are agreeing to these terms in the name of entity, company and/or organization and vow that you have the authority to tie the said entity, company and/or organization to these terms. In these terms, “you” refers to as the entity, company and/or organization which you are representing. You agreed to use the service according to these terms. You can use the service if you have the authority to sign a contract with Mekari Frontdesk and is not forbidden by any law to do so. Service can change at any given time. The change, suspension and any type of modification regarding the service can be done anytime without any notification ahead to you. We can also delete any content from our service according to our policy.
By using our service, you are giving information to us and the file that you hand over collectively through the service will be called “your file”. You have full ownership of your file. This term doesn’t grant us any right to your file or your intellectual property, except for the required limited rights to operate the service, such as the points that will be explained below.
The service provides features that allow you to upload, save and share your files to certain individuals inside your organization. Mekari Frontdesk is not responsible for that activity.
Other parties can possess the right of intellectual property of files and other contents in the service. You are forbidden to copy, upload, download and/or share the file, except if you have the right to do so. You, not Mekari Frontdesk, will be responsible for what you copied, shared, uploaded, downloaded, used, and/or other actions you have done when using the service. You are not allowed to upload a spying software or any other software inside the service.
The service provides features that allow you to upload, save and share your files to certain individuals inside your organization. Mekari Frontdesk is not responsible for that activity.
